PMPS last night was 369, shot 1.4 and +4.5 was 254 so I'm pretty sure he had a good night. It's so hard to get his AM shot on time on the weekends when I don't have to be up early so his shot was late this morning :? His AMPS was still pretty good at 369, I was expecting high reds for being late. I'm sure it would have been a lot better had I been on time.....

I have a feeling that sometime really soon we'll be having a PS below 300. The sliding scale doesn't have a dose for anything between 250-299......

over 400 - 1.5u
over 300 - 1.4u
250 to 229 - 1.3u
225 to 249 - 1.2u
200 to 224 - 1.1u


Do you have any ideas for me, Robin? (your name is Robin, right? I've just been assuming because I think I saw others calling you that, lol!) Just asking in advance so I'm not scrambling when a 200 PS happens! I've posted my name before but I don't think anyone saw, but my name is Emily.

Yes, it looks like you need between 250 - 300 but I am guessing it would be a fat 1.3 or a skinny 1.4. Robin should be around sometime today to help.

Under 200, I think we would like you to retest in 20 minutes without eating to see that the number is definitely rising. And depending on the previous nadir and the number you get, ask for advice.

I think the scale just has a typo....

over 300 - 1.4u
250 to 229 - 1.3u
225 to 249 - 1.2u

That 229 should say "299". 229 has no reason to be there, right?

Oops, that was a typo, Carl is right it should be 299.

Over 400 - 1.5u
over 300 - 1.4u

I didn't go any further than 200 because we don't have any experience or data for numbers that low, as we get closer to those numbers we will have a better idea of what kind of doses would work.

Oh my gosh, I am so dumb! LOL I totally didn't even see that it was a typo and I've looked at it several times! ohmygod_smile

When I said I needed a dose for 200's in case he got that low, I meant the 250-299 range but that's already cleared up, so no worries about a dose below 200.

Been kind of flat today :YMSIGH: Shot 1.4 again so we'll see what +4 is tonight before I go to bed.

Shakes took several days to settle into his scale. Let's hope Lucky just needs some time too.

Sometimes after they see a lower # than they are used to you will see a high flat cycle. It takes their liver time to get used to seeing better numbers again.

If he stays high and flat we can adjust the scale.
