I think you can attempt a reduction to 0.10U from tomorrow. Good luck measuring that! 
Before using a syringe, push the plunger fully to see if it aligns with the zero mark. A lot of syringes have their markings way off and that affects the accuracy of the dose. Especially with smaller doses every little bit matters.
