Well, I guess I can forget about this blue streak continuing. I left Clancy's kibble on the floor, while I took him out, and Checks was in the house. I'm sure he couldn't have missed it. :cry: :cry:

It's like summer out, and Checkers was soooooo happy to get out, he walked beautifully on his leash, sniffing everything. Normally he just stands and eats grass.

Hi Barb :lol: I can picture Checkers hanging his head out the cube watching to see if you have anything better for him to eat! It's so nice you can walk him on a leash. Was it hard getting him trained, or did he do it naturally. Maggie freaks even when I place a collar around her neck. I have a chip in her though.

That kibble didn't do as much damage as I feared.


Ann, I had no trouble getting Checkers used to this vest/harness. I used a neck collar on him many years ago, and it was a disaster, with me getting bitten, resulting in severe infection, when he freaked out over the sound of dry crunching leaves.
He is totally controllable in this.

Hi Barb, thanks for posting the pic of Checkers in his harness. That's a really nice vest/harness. He looks adorable in it, and it looks very comfortable. Thanks for the link on where to buy it. I would love to take Maggie outside just in this small yard off my patio. I think it makes a difference in the right harness. Very nice cycle today and I bet he comes down later. Have a good night.

Hmmm that's an interesting halter. I have one for Leo and our trips, but it's a regular halter made out of the material collar's are made out of. I wonder if he really worked himself into a tizzy if he could wriggle back out of it. I bet Checker's would be more secure.

Peanut butter not interesting? Molly LOVES peanut butter!
