Stella's Condo

Hello everybody! Sorry we have been missing in action. Stella is doing great and everything is in its place. Somebody was nice enough to direct message me and ask me to come and post. I am terribly busy with work, so if you ever wonder about Stella I am keeping her SS updated.

Her BGs have gone higher. I raised by .25 but honestly I am working so much I don't know if the high BGs are bounces from her going too low in the cycle. I decided I am taking it down this PM to 2U to see if the high BGs calm down...then maybe I will know for sure. I just can't get the tests in right now with work, and November and December will be more of the same.

If any expert has some input on how I should handle a heavy workload without much testing please let me know. I haven't been posting because I am so busy and it is frustrating looking at her SS and the lack of data.

Hi Mary

Glad you are all doing fine. I see what you mean about Stella's numbers. I know Jill and Libby both are pretty good at looking at "invisible numbers" and trying to piece together what is going on but
you are right that without more testing, it's hard to know. I wish I had some suggestions for you on how to balance everything. It looks like you are getting spot tests at night. The only thing I would know
to do is move her shot time earlier so you can get a few more tests before you leave but I know that might be difficult to then get home when you need to do the pm shot.

Hoping someone who has an equally hectic schedule can give you some thoughts.

it would probably give you quite a bit of information if you got a test right before you climbed into bed every night. that would at least point at where stella's headed for the night.

so no brilliant answer, but perhaps that would help.
