Good Morning,
Sailor’s AMPS# have been low, usually under 100 in the morning. PMPS # have been ranging between 93 and 136 with no insulin for the past week. I’m reluctant to give him insulin in the am before I leave for work. my biggest fear is that he’ll drop and go hypo while I’m at work. In the evening he usually eats around 6 pm. I go to bed around nine so I would be up for three hours or so after I gave him a shot. I need dosing assistance please. Should I be giving him a drop am and pm and risk hypo? Thank you for the guidance.
