So since last night since +3 and +4 when his BG was in an ok range but in that tie he may have dipped - and then started rising - he went very anxious and jumpy and erratic. He still is this morning. Maybe that was a sign he was bouncing?

I guess its such a contrast of the last few days when its like hes been on cloud nine in a state of bliss and deep calm emotionally and physiologically!
 
It's more likely that he started heading up at +4 and kept heading up in a bounce till AMPS. His body is getting used to lower numbers and he feels good in them.

I wonder what sent him anxious. I guess could be a million different random things - a flea (hopefully hasn't got that), something in his digestion, a solar flare, an energy field I can see but he can etc etc.

He's calmed down now thankfully.

So when I arrived home the food was sitting with open lids right in front of Marley - but uneaten. I dont think hes quite got the hang of it! So he didnt get a +3 or 4 feed. But he just ate both portions now. Maybe I should have saved one and ut it in the times again, but he might not have eaten that one either.....not sure if hes dipped lower and on the way back up or still going down......but a good number for now, none the less!!
 
The best way to get him used to the autofeeder is to use it when you are home and lead him to it rather than feeding him in his usual bowl.

Good idea, I have tried a bit but will get more consistent with it, thanks for the reminder! .

I'mgoing to have a bite to eat and then go. ll try and get a test before I go to see which way he is headed

So...at +4 I cant get him to come indoors, hes having far too much fun outside. But I did a test between +3.5 and 4 and it was 81
