Re: 10/20PowderAMPS305

Yeah, he took his clavamox. Did you leave some probiotics on his food for later? I would. Maybe in a timed feeder for +4.
Enjoy your conference, and hope Powder has a good day.

Re: 10/20PowderAMPS305

Glad Powder is doing so well...maybe put Clavamox in your notes section on your SS for future reference...
And Iorwen is right...that is so close to yellow...come on down Powder...good boy!!
Hope you have a good day...and a good conference!

Re: 10/20PowderAMPS305

so very close to yellow powder! Good job on taking your clavamox .. our civvie is taking it too, but shhhhh don't tell her ... she gets them in her pill pocket treats and is none the wiser! Have a great day guys!

Re: 10/20PowderAMPS305

Sorry I didn't get to visit your condo yesterday but glad Powder is doing so well after his dental!! I know you were worried. Hope he comes down today!

Re: 10/20Powder +10 300/PMPS353+2 266

Thanks all he's in the yellows and hopefully going lower.
Powder sure likes feline greenies  Giving a pill has never been easier. I don't think he likes the probiotics we've had that battle in the past. He's picking at his food. I'm not sure it's all that effective but I put some in his water and he drinks it.

Tomorrow is a more typical work day. If everything goes well I can get back mid day.

Re: 10/20Powder PMPS353+2 266+4 91

I'm not sure he is coming by this 91 honestly because he isn't eating well. Not sure if it's the Clavamox or Probiotics. It doesn't seem likely that an 1/8tsp in 3 0z of one of his favorites Whiskas Filet Mignon would put him off his food. Started with 1/4 tray with the 1/8 tsp and then added the rest at +4 hoping he would eat to keep BG up.. He meows and acts like he wants to eat then just picks at it. Can Clavamox make him nauseated? Have any LL kitties had problems like this and was there any thing that helped? He really needs to put on some weight.

Addendum
+5.5 He wouldn't eat any food etc so gave him 2 dental treats which have herbs and he ate them. I hope this will help him not drop down to low. He's probably close to his nadir.

Nice day for Powder! I am not sure on the clavamox, having not had to use it in some time... I want to say that yes it can cause nausea. Just not sure... You might want to ask the question tomorrow again when there are more folks around. I think Pat of Pat and Raja has used Clamamox - she would know. Other probably too.. or put it in your subject line tonight in case anyone is still out there that can help.

It does look like he is slowing down with his numbers. I hope he will eat for you.
