Guess who didn't eat another bite after his nightly 'shot time' meal...yep, that would be Sir KT! Some stupid idiot decided to throw a fit outside and drove screeching their tires for 2 blocks waking up the whole neighborhood...guess it was a good thing as I needed to stuff food in dat fuzzy green toad fairly quickly. I opened a can of hc and mixed it with lc and fed him at pm+10.75. For a change, he ate almost the whole bowl! He's zooming up right now but not sure if it's food or a bounce, we'll know shortly. He had no signs of hypo and I am fairly sure he was still dropping - luckily he was HUNGRY! He's alert, awake and watching the crows outside robbing all the pecans - wish they'd go after the acorns instead.... :roll:
We never got a condo started yesterday - neighbor spent the night with her DMIL, we went over to check on dogs yesterday morning and find WATER WATER WATER running out everywhere around the foundation, under doors, FLOODING. We grab key, open door and find about 4" of water inside their whole downstairs. A washer hose had broken, with no one home, it just continued to run...all afternoon and night. She was at dr. with DMIL, couldn't get hold of her for about 4 hours. We literally SHOVELED water out the doors and filled/emptied our 12 gallon wet/dry vac over 30 times just to get down to tile and concrete floor. We estimate 400-500 gallons of water at least. It's still leaking out the walls today but the furniture dried out fairly well. I don't know what it is with water leaks and me - remember my 'job' doing the floor down the street? Remember that when we went in I found the toilet leaking and 2" of water standing in THERE! AND WE have a water leak right now....still....
So lots of excitement around here...and nothing important!
