Wasn’t on forum much yesterday as I was trying to get some rest, laid on couch and of course Bella was wanting all this attention so that’s what I did, I went to pet supermarket to get some food and they had the cutest bowls on clearance for 1.49 down from 5.99 so I got 2, Bella won’t eat out of it this am, so I put his food back in his other bowl and he ate, omg! Really!! Andy was like oh, I got something new and it’s MINE lol
Another somewhat long night but got some good numbers, gonna rest today in bed with scary movies, maybe I will fall asleep and Bella will lay in his bed on my bed (that’s the only way he will lay in it) he’s so picky, I really do believe he things he’s a King!lol

PS: I got them some purebites and Bella loves them and he was eating his treat so fast after testing that he ate the blue thing from the lancet !! Lord help me

Yes, it’s pink, but it was on clearance and maybe that’s why he doesn’t like it lol

I haven't noticed any difference with T's BGs with the pill pockets, but I only use a tiny piece just to mask the flavor of any pills I give. Some other options I was recently given by the nutritionist, were butter (that seems tough but haven't tried it yet) or plain cream cheese. I did buy some cream cheese & made the mistake of buying an organic tub vs the old school brick one. The tub cream cheese is WAY too soft & did not work out well at all:banghead:. Now I have to buy some lox & bagels so I can eat it :)....kind of worked out for me!!

Have a great Sunday watching scary movies :nailbiting:. I CANNOT watch them anymore!! I watched them growing up & really loved them (especially the Halloween series & of course Friday the 13th) but now I cannot even watch the trailers for the ones coming out :nailbiting::nailbiting:.

Funny about the bowls! Leo’s with Andy, he loves any bowl that has food in it!

I used to love scary movies and books! I’ve read every S. King and Dean Koontz, but now I like sci fi Armageddon type stuff, vampires and Jason just don’t do it for me anymore, too scary! :nailbiting::nailbiting:

I have used thin turkey and squished around Tina's little thyroid pill and it works. Pill pockets work great too, but I haven't needed them yet . . . thinking it could make a difference in BG - glad to see Carla doesn't see it. I'll do anything to keep from stuffing a pill down their throat - I can't ever do it in one try, even with that tool that looks funny.

Maybe it's because bowl is pink and that's a girlie color. So funny though. Tux won't eat from the bowl that use to be Smokey's even 3 yrs later.

Movies today have gotten more gruesome that what they use to be. More realistic now with better special effects.
 
That’s too funny about the bowl! It’s a really cute bowl too! Bella is looking great, but keeping you busy. If the pill pocket does raise his BG at least you could get a good nights sleep!
