First day of dose increase to 1.5u Rosy stayed the whole day in purple with a yellow at PM+3 Other than the high bg since Sept, Rosy acted "normal" . I was unable to get her urine for the keytone testing. Noticed that she slowly loose weight like the beginning of year when she started on Lantus. Need to bring her down quickly.
Today
The end of the four days public holiday. Because of the National Holiday, we had firwork at the Harbour last night. A tragedy happened with a Company's ferry boat carrying over 100 of their employee & family members to the Harbour to enjoy the firework, another ferry bumped into them. The ferry sunk with over 100 thrown into the sea. A lot are kids. The emergency brought the HK Govt & China Govt to send rescue immediately. Till this morning over 40 casualty, people still missing... Special prayers to the families.
When comparing to these families, our own problem & unhappiness is nothing. We are blessed.
