Sir KT is doing well this morning altho' he's already gone back to bed...he sleeps more when numbers are higher now...used to be just the opposite. I'm hoping this new increase back to 1.75 will bring those numbers back down. MamaBean did stOOpid thing this morning again - handed KT the 'gravy' food and Snow the lc pate. By the time I realized KT was eating on a RED saucer, it was GONE and he was begging for more! It was only about a tablespoon but it'll show shortly when I do a +3-ish....
My 'job' got expanded over the weekend - we went into the cabin that I'm supposed to put down new flooring and find about an inch of water STANDING in the bathroom! All the new plywood the plumber put down is soaked thru and thru. When he worked on the toilet, he turned the float to the side...when water was left on, it continued to fill until water started running out the flush lever hole...and running...and running...and running...for about 3 days. I now get to replace even more subflooring! I'm pushing deadline of this weekend now as she has company coming - it would have been just fine if this water thing hadn't happened. It's got to be dry before I can install this new flooring. I talked her into doing a floating floor like I just put down in our kitchen - it will be waterproof and will look good for many years. If I'd used vinyl, it would look nice...for a few months...it's an OLD house, not a level floor anywhere. The vinyl would have sunk down into each 'unlevel' place and just highlighted it.
Whew I run on don't I? Better get off here and go get something done...all fuzzy feetz are doing well. Sir Ziggy showed up early this morning and ate a WHOLE CAN of food. He's a small built cat altho' has a wide chest - I'm not sure where he PUTS that much food at a time! He's already fattening up for winter. What he doesn't know is that he'll have a warm dry place HERE this year if he chooses to use it. Now that Scruffy has HIS room back, Ziggy can use the greenhouse. I don't heat it but it stays warm from the sun during the day unless there's snow - the roof is clear. Actually gets TOO hot in the summer days....
BIG HUG to all that visit today. We're dancing with Leo's attempt at OTJ...Sonia's so rough with her new toys... :lol: Extra thoughts and prayers today for Claudia/Sweet Rocket as well as Michelle's BFF Heather going thru chemo.
