? 10/19 Nola AMPS 94 +1 47 +1.25 81

I tried pricking her ear at +1 when Llibre meter said BG is 47, by the time I set up everything without panicking my cat BG was already in 81 at +1.25. No HC food was administered it went back up alone.

OK so i got blood! I pricked her ear and the prodigy meter says LO, when I read her with the llibre it says 82?

I dont understand a single thing.. I thought the regular glucometer would actually give me a number... also it literally raid LO while the llibre said 82.. Did I somehow measured it incorrectly with the regular glucometer?

Sometimes, when my hand meter did not get enough blood, it would register Lo. Otherwise Lo means under 20 on the meter I had. :eek: So I always double checked my meter with a second test. Our experience here is that the Libre tests lower, most times, than the hand held meter.
 
Over 30 lower in the Libre! Any below 50 with the libre ill try my hardest to get some blood fast for the hand meter, but my poor Nola's ears </3. She's on to me, she distanced herself significantly after that ear pricked success :banghead: Thanks for the info!!
