Good Caturday evening! Sending many condolences to Steph today....fly free, handsome Java. And tons and tons and tons of healing vines to Tillie..EAT!!! Think of those mousies and please eat!! Also to Kathie's Bubba and any others who need them.
I was up and out really early for the garage sale today so I did not get to participate in any kitty antics but I did get a ton of LBG snuggles last night and we had a late afternoon nap together (as she snuck back down to 41---LIL STINKA!!). She is such a snuggler at nap time. We were awakened by Gus ....I guess he got into the closet where I keep the IV stand and I didn't realize it and closed the door. He woke up while we were napping and I awoke to the sounds of something hitting the closet.....it was the old Gentleman himself butting his head against the door :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Poor boy! I do think Tobey and Gracie were worn out today from the festivities at the Full Moon party last night. And Tobey was covered in cimmamum cookie crumbles :roll: :roll: :roll:
I forgot to mention yesterday that I noticed when I gave Gus fluids that there was a BAT hanging from the inside of our courtyard wall under the mesquite tree. Odd but not impossible that he should be there. Still, I called the Wildlife Center in case he was injured. They said he might be dehydrated and to just watch him....he should be gone by today. Well, he wasn't so i went out to put him in a box because I figured if he hadn't moved, he was probably dehydrated. Nope....poor little guy had crossed the Bridge.
Sold almost all our stuff at the garage sale!!! Yay...it was worth the extra work and whatever I didn't sell, I ran down to Goodwill.
Ok...I promise, I will try to stay awake tonight. I think it was just the cold the last two nights and I feel 100% today; got a good rest last night and a nap today
