Ugh, he sure likes his pinks! I would have been tempted to try a bit of R, maybe not full 1.25 mid day to see if you could dislodge him. Too late now, but tuck it away for next time.

Yeah, if I'd thought of it I would have, but somehow it didn't even occur to me. No worries; he got R with the PM Lantus and is finally heading down a bit.
 
Also, I'm noticing some mild back leg weakness this evening... plantigrade stance while he's eating, and maybe a little wobbly. I'm assuming it's diabetic neuropathy. Just ordered some methylcobalamin but it won't get here for a week or so. Meanwhile, I just have to get him more consistently down out of the pinks!
