Hopefully Bell is clearing her bounce this evening. If so, I'm glad this one was short-lived. I really really appreciate all the support and encouragement yesterday!

Hi Seth! I understand, it’s very frustrating, it seems to go so slowly. But she is going back to greens fast, and that is still early, you are doing great!
She will bounce less and less, probably, as she gets more and more used to low numbers again.
And you will still get frustrated because she will bounce to blues … I know I still do, even though Bella gets back on track so fast now.
Thank you so much, Cecile! That is the exactly what I was hoping would be the case. What threw me for a loop was how low she stayed last month and the fact that she started bouncing really high this month. I think her body just needs to relearn that these low numbers are ok.

Bell was extra cuddly today:

Kit will have long stretches where she has great numbers, and then for whatever reason start seeing higher numbers, or start dropping low and suddenly bouncing when she wasn't before. For her, I've basically started looking at is as she's an old lady cat and sometimes she'll have good stretches and sometimes she'll have not so good stretches. I try, not always successfully, to not let it get to me too much. And sometimes that's just how it goes. That whole it's a marathon, not a sprint thing. That's when it is really helpful to look at the whole forest and not just the trees and see how far she's come since you first started. So many metaphors in this paragraph! :bighug::bighug:
