BLUE AMPS!!! DANCE WITH US! WooHoo! I'm not sure what broke those ugly numbers but whatever it was, let's keep doing it!! He's feeling well, walked all over us for the last hour we tried to sleep then settled down and made biscuits on my flannel blanket purring his silly head off. He's being sniggly about food this morning - have offered 4 kinds of food, so far he's just eaten 'samples' of each. That's OK, he ate about pm+8. ALL P's in place!
We woke up to Bebo gasping this morning so had to do a depo shot before we even got dogs out for potty. That was about 1.5 hours ago, he's now breathing a bit easier...still really short and fast but it's starting to work. I noticed his belly was really tight last night. The last shot lasted exactly 1 month - was hoping for another week out of it but at least it wasn't shorter.
Still having computer zoomie problems but I think it's the new version of our virus protection not playing well with Firefox. It doesn't agree at all with Chrome so can't use that at all - not a big fan of Firefox anymore, it's gotten to be a huge memory/processing hog. I'm typing this in WordPad and will copy it to fdmb. The smiley's moving seems to make it zoom. I tried to find a way to turn those off when I'm posting but all I can find is the ability to turn them off inside posts.
All other fuzzy feetz are doing well. Snow is pooping without backing up - had a couple days of problems but got it cleared up with a couple of doses of Reglan along with an extra daily dose of Laxatone.
Johnny pup update!!!! He's taken more huge steps! He now runs with Junior and has even initiated the run several times this week! When he comes back inside, he comes right back to the door for his snuggle. Yesterday I was watching Junior and didn't get him back out - as I was standing there, I felt something at my feet. Looked down - it was JOHNNY! Back out all on his own saying "Hey! Did you forget something? I want my snuggle!". It made HAPPY tears run!
Hasn't been a good week for Dad but no violent behavior, just very confused and lethergic.
We're still holding Sheila close as she helped Beau cross leaving a huge hole. Anne, Liz and Tillie are still in our thoughts and prayers, Z-man was such a huge part of their days and nights. It's been 2 months today since we lost KT, still haven't erased his final day's numbers off the whiteboard. I wish I could feel his soft fur again...see that HUGE fuzzy tail waving but I'll see it again someday. I can DANCE in celebration that we shared his life.
BIG HUGS to all that visit today!! Join us but might want to bring a light jacket, it's still 55 degrees.
