Yesterday

I missed the 2:45 am snack and woke up with my slippers on under the covers so once again, I am aware of my inefficiencies and faults and feeling quite bad about things. They were pretty hungry. I fed them 2 hours before preshot at 5:45 and it didn't make their AMPS too bad at all but still, how do I DO these things? :cry:

Raja had her LB deposit late last night and this morning, there was a projectile vomit with a gray hairball so if that was bothering her in any way and reflected in her numbers then we are free of it now. Onward and upward and oh boy, I wish I was no so darn tired. Sending hugs to you all.... :YMHUG:

Hi Pat I do understand the tired thing these kittens have wore me out getting up and down I still do not see how you guys do the nightly testing all the time like you do I just do not have the energy for it nice amps for Raja :-D

I hear you on the tired. I admitted defeat, I'm getting older and I can't do without the sleep. Btb is a necessity for me. :roll: I'm not sure how i'll function when DH is gone for 2 weeks.

Pat...you are awesome...I read your posts all the time and see how you test in the middle of the night....I just can't wake up enougth to test and feed....If I can get Curry her +1 snack and go back to bed I'm doing good.

Get some rest my dear...You are doing a fabulous job w/your kitties.

And you are a terrific role model for us all.

Gosh Pat, I though I was the only one who couldn't handle the middle of the night stuff. I set alarms, and look for excuses not to get up to test. I almost did that last nite and got up to a 62.
You're a better woman than I am......younger too. :lol:

and caffeine ~O) ~O) only lasts so long.... I think we are on auto pilot in the we hours of the morning. Sometimes I can't even remember if I did what I knew I needed to do. oh yeah - looks like it was taken care of. omg :shock: :lol: :lol:

Well rest if you can. i don't know how you take care of two FD kitties. amazing!

And Raja - looking very good this morning -nice green number!

She was balled up in her little hosue and wouldn't give me an ear. I turned it on its side and she kinda rolled out. I started singing "Sing for your supper and you'll get dinner..."
and She rolled her eyes and said "you ain't no Mama Cass, Mama!"
So I laughed and she got her food.

She came out of her little house and headed for the dining room. I look at the clock...my goodness, she knows the exact snack time!! I realize that she makes a little concession...she jumps on the chair and kinda sits with her head under the table. She is halfway to the testing towel...so THAT is a GOOD thing in my book! LMHO! Meeting halfway is nice, right?

It's all about compromise isn't it??? Halfway to the testing towel is better than hiding behind the drapes. Hope you got some rest today, Pat. You are such a devoted mamabean!
 
ohmygod_smile I forgot my nap! ohmygod_smile I had cat food shopping to do and the next thing you know I was in Walmart for syringes and test strips and then to the fruit store and then to Publix and then unpacking everything....DH and kitties ate and I still have not. I am feeling so tired. Well, guess ya can't do everything, right? (but why is my nap the first thing to go?) ohmygod_smile

Another green day! Yay Raja! She was looking daggers at me from her little house...had to tip it over to get her out. She is a reluctant patient if ever saw one! She accepted the shot but didn't want no stinkin' praise. :lol:
