His PM+8 was 340; he ate 2oz @+8 then nothing until after AMPS BG test which was 309. I was expecting it to be higher at AMPS because he ate 4 hours prior to test and the insulin was wearing off. Maybe this 309 BG @ AMPS is a better number than it appears at first glance. I hope so.

Good morning!

Have you started trying the boiled chicken breast at +8 instead of regular food? I'm glad to see he got into some blue yesterday and let's hope he will start responding to this dose in the next couple of cycles.

The store I went to was out of chicken breast so I bought chicken legs. Are they OK? Crazy as it sounds, I've never boiled chicken. How do I know when it's done?

Marje, Drove a bit farther and bought chicken breast. DW came home and boiled them. PurrFace loves it, as do the two other civvies. That's all he ate after AM+7.5 today. Thank you for the suggestion.
