I got his PMPS at 250 and +2 at 259. Do you think he needs to be tested again before AMPS?

I think you may be okay till the morning. Try and get a +10, if you can.

Update:
- Tested at (almost +4) and pretty flat at 277. Will test again at AMPS. Auto feeder set.
- He has not thrown up in the last 2~3 days (Yay!) and I think I found the issue to be Denamarin.
- His doc called this morning and his Fructosamine was 486, sampled last Friday.

It's good you go to the bottom of it and that he has stopped vomiting. Phew!
With the amount you are testing now, you don't need the Fructosamine test to tell you how he is doing. Might as well save some $$$

Thanks! I just didn't really want to fight against the vet on this one when I already have to fight him for home-testing, grain-free food and etc...
