? 10/14 Stinker- go up to 2.25u this dose?

Hi there.

Just told a look at the spread sheet, is it up to date? There is not much data there, not enough to make any sort of comment on his dose.

If that is all the data you have at the moment then Before take h his dose up, I would recommend getting some tests in the next 2-3 days.
Always get an amps and pmps, please don't ever shoot blind, this can be very risky. And then a couple of tests in each cycle, (at least a before bed test in the pm cycle, even if that's only a +1/+2)

Just a thought on your shot times, this may make no sense because of your schedule. I started shooting at 10am/10pm but found that this made it hard to get data in the pm cycle, moving the shots to 7am/7pm, meant I could easily monitor until bed time +5+6 without much disruption to my routine., Just a thought....
 
Thank you for the input! It was missing a few numbers from the past few days but some of them I also only got a urine. My work schedule is 11am-10pm so unfortunately that makes it a little more difficult
 
If your work schedule is that demanding, it will really help if you routinely get PM tests and test more on days when you're not working. Since Lantus dosing is based on the nadir, it's very hard to interpret what those lower numbers vs higher numbers indicate. I'm guessing that Stinker is bouncing but it would help to have more data.
