Good evening LL,

Yesterday is here.

I spoke to our vet today and we're taking Angie in for an appointment. The vet is thinking maybe a UTI or mouth issue. She's going to look at Angie's teeth, get blood tests, particularly checking electrolytes, and urine tests. We'll get a culture and sensitivity test done as well as check specific gravity. She wants to hold off on the dental decision until the culture test comes back. I also got a copy of her last blood tests from June and I've put them in her spreadsheet.

This is our second cycle of a new dose - 1.25 units. Hopefully a little more juice will help lower some of her numbers.

I've got a new app on my android smart phone called Sleep as Android. It's got alarms on it that I have to get up and scan a bar code to stop the alarm. I've put the bar code with Angie's testing things. I hope this means that I won't miss any more important tests and I'll be able to get more sleep. Currently I've been trying to stay awake if I have more tests to do because I worry that I wont wake up again.

I think of you and your kitties and send healing vines. I'm sorry that I'm so bad at condos - testing, eating and resting is about all I can manage at the moment. My personal smiley: I-)

Hi Grace ~O) ~O) ~O)

Good luck with the vetty appt. I hope all goes well. Here's to good ab results!

Nice on that phone app! I have read where others here have done similar things. it is hard sometimes to know for sure one can and will wake up when we have nights where we know we need extra tests. I hope that works for you. :-D

I hope your day has been a good one!

Sending good vetty vines for Angie. I hope the phone app helps. Don't worry about visiting condos. You've got to take care of yourself too. I hope things get easier as you get into a routine with the testing.

I'll add my wishes for a good vetty visit, too. Those darn infections can really mess with the BG.

Don't have one of those sophisticated phones here, just a little basic cell. But I do set the alarms on that. So tempted to just turn it off when it rings in the darkness of middle night, but my dog and two other cats hear the alarm and know freeze-dried chicken awaits everyone in the testing room. Could sleep through the alarm; can't sleep through the critters pounding on me to get up to give them treats!

Vines for lower numbers and an easier road.

Good wishes for the vet visit and dose increase! I also hope that phone app works for you- I must be the last person in the world still using a dumb phone but that alarm works pretty good so I just keep with it
