Please keep Iorwen (Tray) and her mom in your prayers today as her mom undergoes surgery.

Simon is doing well. His numbers seem to flucuate from really great green numbers to mid-blues. He bg reacts to food...some lc food causes his bg to remain low and other types cause it to go higher. Of course, he won't stick with the food that gives him the best numbers. AFter a few days of it, he gets easily bored and likes a variety of other food. So his wish is granted...he gets a multitude of different fuds to keep him entertained.

Cleo is scheduled for a vet visit tomorrow to get bloodwork done to compare it to her bloodwork a few months ago. I am hoping and praying her CRF is not progressing. She seems happy and eats well. She sits around most of the day but that is not unusual for her. She is a big couch potato.

Simon's numbers always look good. Which are the foods that serve his bgs best?

I hope all goes well with Cleo's vetty visit.

Hi guys .. nice start for simon .. Fluctuating numbers in blues and greens aren't to bad, though I know you wish for steady greens .. I hope that cleo's BW comes back with good results and that her CRF has not gotten worse .. Have great day guys!

Linda, the wellness and EVO seem to keep his numbers more in the greens compared to FF, Blue Wilderness, and Friskies. Natural Balance makes him scratch less due to allergies, but his bg is also higher with that food.

Good luck today at the vet with Cleo, hopefully the bloodwork will come back a-ok!

Simon is looking fabulous today, even with the fuds experimentation. Sounds alot like Leo and food time here, one day he likes it, the next he won't eat it.

Simon's numbers are looking good today!! It seems there are a few of us with the picky kitties out there. Thank goodness for freeze-dried chicken cuz Champ will eat paper if it has that sprinkled on top!! :lol:
 
Nice cycles, Simon. Gray kitties look good in green too. Hope all goes well with Cleo's vetty visit tomorrow. Paws crossed.

Good luck with the bloodwork tomorrow. What did you decide to do about her fluids tonight? Paws crossed that all is stable.
