I was hoping to use my Lantus to the end of the pen, but I'm wondering if it's gone bad. It doesn't look cloudy or anything, but todays' numbers suck.

I don't know if I should give it one more day on this pen or switch to a new one. Argh.

He needs more insulin. He has been on this dose too long for TR. You can take him up to 2U.
Give it more time on this pen.
