Would it help if you moved the AM+6 meal to AM+7? Last meal in both cycles is at +6 these days, right?

He sometimes (maybe once or twice a month)throw up stomach acid in the morning before amps. But throwing up on am cycle was only happened when changing the last meal to +6. Maybe +7 would help better so empty stomach gap is not as long before.
