Eleanor was meowing in her sleep. Scared me half to death. I woke her up, she looked happy, went back to sleep and started twitching. I have only seen her meow in her sleep a couple times when her BG turned out to be super low. I tested her again though (+7.5) and she was 271.
I don't know why she went up so high this cycle, unless it's a bounce from the 193....
She is still having soft/runny poops. She's starving.

Maybe she was having a dream. Mine definitely do - Anya will "eat" in her sleep. Pretty funny.

What do you mean that she's starving? Do you need to feed her more?

Take care!

Running to her food dish wanting food, over and over. I'm letting her eat what she wants. I don't know if she's way too high (BG) or what.
I don't know what to do any more.

Trust yourself, Julie. No one knows her better than you - and she knows that you are looking out for her.

As far as her appetite - remember that a cat in high blood sugar is getting mixed appetite signals to their brain. Here is a great post on feeding a cat as much as they want. The best thing you can do is to let the scales guide you on feeding her. If she is losing weight and shouldn't, then feed her a little more. If she is gaining weight and shouldn't, then feed her a little less. Her appetite alone can't tell you the amount to feed her.

Thank you for the link!
I was just letting her eat what she wanted yesterday because she was driving me crazy. I think her BG was just too high. Or her stomach was hurting.
She maintained her weight of 12lbs until about a year ago when she started losing weight, she's been around 11lbs this year.
