Mornin' :coffee:

I'm thinking Beenie may be itching for another reducie.... we'll see where this day goes:rolleyes:

And we have a reducie!!! and early in the cycle too:eek:

I've set our reduction point to anything below 70. I modified it because Beenie has so many other things in the mix (Acro/IAA/cabergoline). I just want more of a cushion when she drops. I'm even thinking of reducing to 8 U tonight. Thinking since she had no insulin 10/11 in the AM and only 5 u yesterday morning she may need more than 1 U reduction. If I never did the NS and two BCS's I would stick with a 1 U reduction.

You do want a dose that you can possible shoot a good 6-8 cycles to let the depot stabilize. Good luck with the new dose...easy now Beenie.
Based on the data I have what would you suggest I shoot tonight? I agree I want to keep consistency but I'm not sure what would be a good dose at this point. I'm just guessing at it now. o_O

I'd be guessing right along with you. You can try the 8 and see if she'll let you go 6-8 cycles. Worse case you go back up or she may keep her trend and ask for less. Looks like the cabergoline might be kicking in :confused:
I'm due to test again shortly. I hope she starts rising on her own. I don't want to be off schedule. I can delay an hour if needed and work our way back this weekend I suppose. Will try for 8 U and see what Beenie says:D. Thanks!!

With the cabergoline in the mix it does change the general "rules" a bit. When Jack started breaking his IAA, it was take reductions as often as needed even if back to back. If the cabergoline is starting to work, you might need a few quick reductions. 8u isn't a bad idea, especially after seeing a few of those late nights you've had recently. Good job on the reduction Beenie!

Thanks Wes. I think 8 U is a good move. Fingers crossed I can get a little sleep in tonight:rolleyes:

Ok so I changed my mind. I decided to go with 9 U. I want her to earn the next reduction. Want to stay ahead of the IAA and I'm home to monitor. It wasn't difficult to steer her today, she rose on her own coming towards pre shot time. If she dips too low tonight then 8 U it is tomorrow morning. I also decided to change my reduction point to 65 instead of 70.

Well Beenie just earned another reducie based on my reduction point of 65. Unless she keeps dropping up until AMPS I will reduce to 8.5 U. If she does keep going deeper into the lagoon I will go with 8 U.

Beenie, stay away from those sharks!!
