Yesterday's mostly blue green day

Happy Caturday LL! AMPS, happy appy and naps on the bed with the sleeping AnneBean. dancing_cat

MamaLizBean was up and out early this morning, just after the AMPS test and feed (and still green) for the Solstice Mountain Run. This annual run is at high altitude and the temperature at race start was forecast to be 13 degrees F. Night duty bean (that's me) had to get up early for a +2 since Z had a  at AMPS and Liz was off to the races.

Since Tillie (our civvie) felt better in her recovery from a UTI and dispatched our house mouse, we have not seen another. She and Zener are ever hopeful and keep checking places where the mouse hid. That makes the beans very nervous that another mouse is in the house. :?

I'm off early in the morning (before AMPS test and shoot) to fly to Birmingham Alabama for the America Zone Wheelchair Rugby Championships. I will get to work with poeple from USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina and other places I can't remember.
Wheelchair Rugby
It will be an exciting week of working at this event but I always dread leaving town and being away from the mighty Z. MamaLizBean will be the BIC next week and she always does such a super job. Paws crossed Mr Z does not throw a PJ party every night.

Hope you have a lovely autumn day in LL (or spring to our southern hemisphere LLers).

Re: 10/12 Zener AMPS 72;+2 195

Hi Anne,

Hope Liz does well and has fun!

Is that +2 a little bounce for Mr. Z? Hope he clears it quick.

I hope the kitties are just wishing for a new in-house mouse, and none really there. But when do they that staring at a spot, it does make beans nervous ;-)

I found a scorpion (small FL type one) under DH pillow when I made the bed this morning!! Alive and moving once I disturbed it

Killed it quickly, then stripped the bed, and into the laundry everything went. I have never seen one on anything other than the floor, so really creeped out.

Hope you have a wonderful day and a safe, fun trip!

Jane

Hi Anne,

Good luck to you on your trip - sounds like a worthy event to be away from the Z. Also hope Liz does well today & survived the AM "brrrrrr"!

Maybe Zener's gonna give Liz a break on the first BIC day with those +2 & +4 numbers. No PJ party yet. Zener, it doesn't have to be so black & white - how about a grey in-between of 100 or so???

Thanks for stopping in & lending support for Tigger - we really appreciate it!

Cute picture

13 degrees. That sounds refreshing  I hope you were able to keep yourself warm running, Liz.

Enjoy your Wheelchair Rugby Championships, Anne.

Zener, lets make it a quick bounce, k?

Wow on the 13 degrees. I hope Liz enjoyed the race. I hope Zener clears the bounce soon. Anne, have a safe trip tomorrow.

Re: 10/12 Zener PMPS 309

Noooooooooo, Z-man! No bouncing !!!!! NIce visit to the Lagoon though.

I hope the run went well. Anne, I know how you feel. Leaving town just makes me nervous, even though I know John can handle everything!

Re: 10/12 Zener PMPS 309

Noooooooo too, Zener!

Hi, Anne and Liz,
That's so cute of Zener and Tillie to keep checking for the mouse.

I hope you had a nice race, Liz!
And have a safe trip, Anne!

Re: 10/12 Zener PMPS 309;+3 283

Nice start this morning. Maybe he'll return back there overnight?

13 degrees - heck it was that here today too. Oh, you mean farenheit. ;-) Hope the race was fun.

Re: 10/12 Zener PMPS 309;+3 283

Thanks for all the good travel wishes. I'm all packed (except for my electronics) and my suitcase is hidden in the closet - to avoid any watering by the mighty Z. The big guy is coming down tonight from pinkville, happy appy and very successful poo patrol. Thanks Ann & Tess for reaffirming it's not just me who gets nervous leaving town.

Liz will update you all tomorrow on her successful completion of the race. Zener gave her some kitty lap time heating pad service for her legs tonight, what a guy. cat_pet_icon

Ni ni LL. I-)
