Yesterday's Condo

Shooting 30 minutes early this morning. Willie is following up on last night's promise of outside time and is out in the yard. I'm going to head to tbp... Wednesday is normally my work at home day, but I think this week I'm just going to work at home Wed. and Friday afternoons after my PT appointments. They seem to be helping, though i have to get better about doing my exercise homework. I've been distracted and forgetting to do them!

Hi Christie & Willie,
Yup, it is certainly easy to get distracted when exercises are waiting to be done! Willie looks great this morning. I know what you mean about getting off-track and then back on. With Rusty, the switch from off to on and back again is getting too frequent, however!

Anyway, have a good day and do your PT!! I'm happy that Willie enjoyed the pancakes.

What a great start for Willie today. I hope he had a grand ol time playing outside this morning.

Hi Christie, it's so nice to hear of Willy enjoying his outside time. Really nice cycle today. I'm with you on the pt exercises. If I don't do them in the morning, it's so hard to do later. Enjoy your day.

Very nice cycle there Willie!! I hate exercise, Pt etc, but somehow, ya just gotta do it! :cry:

It is weird having such a late shot time for Willie. I get home and we have to wait an hour and a half. I always love how he follows me around when I get home, just all purry with his tail just a shakin. +10.5 pokes went something like this:

Willie! Come into the bedroom! Lets do a poke!!
I'z rite behind u!!
Okay, on the bed and we'll have chicken!
Chicken?!? I LUBS chicken! How's about some rite now??
No silly, you have to have your pokes first.

Lovely evening thus far. Rousing game of bed mice, with Willie even getting tough with my uncovered hand... though I think I got a sense of what it feels like to be his actual mouse prey! Nothing like a gummin! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

After poke/feed/shoot, he had some play time in the backyard, and has just finished his evening bath on the back of the sofa while the bean watches TV. Happy kitty, happy bean.
 
Well, Mr. Pouty Pants has decided to make an appearance. He had all night to go outside. In fact, as I turned off the TV and got ready for bed, the pet door was open and he could have easily headed outside. Instead, he waited at the door from the kitchen to the garage for me to open it FOR him. When I informed him that curfew had passed and latched the pet door cover back into place, a temper tantrum ensued. Suspect that 66 is due to Willie not being super interested in his dinner selection. A transfer to a different bowl, some purebites dust and stern talking to in the vein of "it's lights off, dude. if you're hungry, you'd better eat," seems to have done the trick.

Just discovered that Willie brought a "spider cricket" (don't really know what they are and don't want to!!!) from the basement and apparently drowned it in his water bowl.

Lovely.

On that note, it is bedtime for us. Well, me. Willie just walked into the bedroom, huffed, and walked back out. Wait... it appears my invitation for BTCs has been accepted.

Such a drama queen tonight!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
