Good Caturday to all! It is crisp, in the 40s, and Tina is lying on her ortho bed in the sunshine. I can see so well now, but do feel a little sore on the brow. Overall just like I expected; tired! And lights are bright.

The 18 hour cycles feel and look like a complete success: I had a plan that would fit with the schedule I couldn't change, and got to see what the BGs would do. I'd been thinking she was close to another reduction, and really liked the timing of this. The +2 looks like she is glad I gave her some insulin. I rarely check +2 though, because she has always been higher then. Based on the 119, I considered giving less than the .5 (current dose), but stopped thinking that way.

I'm scanning the headlines (trying to limit eye strain) . . . have a wonderful day you beautiful beans and kitties. Thanks again for being here:smuggrin:

Happy to hear you're doing well!

I did look at her BGs a few days ago to see if she had been in normal numbers, mostly below 100, for a week but she hasn’t been. Therefore, under that basis, she doesn’t look ready for a reduction. If you skip, stall, or change the 12/12 dosing cycle, the cycle count starts over for counting the days towards a reduction. Obviously, if she drops below 50, she earns it!

I hope you are feeling lots better. I’m also happy the 18-hour shooting schedule worked. Great job annotating it on the SS!

I'm so glad to hear you're doing well after your surgery!! Great news! Glad to hear you're resting and reading 'headlines' only...you'll be back in the pink before no time at all! And Tina is looking fabulous as well...relaxing on her bed...I can just envision you both resting :)

Brisk is an understatement here today...I'm not a fan of this much 'brisk'...temps in the 40's with that wind...but at least the sun came out to help .. a little.

Enjoy your evening, Jan. :)
