Good Morning, Everyone,

I'm off on my bike ride in Quebec. The boys are home alone. Partial fur shot this morning (on top of a possible partial fur shot yesterday: today's was the real thing. BUMMER!). Back in the late afternoon, around +10. I don't think I'll be buying insulin today, but will look for pharmacies near the border if we are in any towns. (This ride is on a rail trail).

Bummer on the partial fur shot! I'm sure Rusty will bounce right back though. Guys day at home will help him out. Have a great ride! Sounds beautiful.

No worry about the partial fur shot, I am sure Rusty will clear it in no time.

Your ride sounds wonderful! The good side of a partial fur shot is you won't have to worry.

Ella, maybe there was a reason for the fut shot. you didn't have to worry about being gone all day.
I hope our bike ride went/is going, well.
It was a beautiful, sunny, windy , day here. :smile:
 
Hi again,

The ride was long and tough because of the chilly temperatures and high winds, but we had fun. Did about 30 miles in flat farmland. (It's hard to ride on flat ground all the time!!). The time the ride took was miscalculated, so instead of getting home around 4 P.M., we didn't get back until 6:45 (PMPS + 15 minutes). I called Edward when we got across the border and asked him to give Rusty a little food to tide him over, but as it turned out we were almost on time for PMPS. Rusty had a pretty good number after the partial fur shot this morning.

So it looks like Rusty got enough juice to do just fine!! he's coming back down :-D
