She had a good number last night, so is bouncing this morning. She seems to be bouncing higher than she ever has from lower numbers. Does this mean anything?

It could.
I want to encourage you to do more tests because you are seeing greens and then these high numbers.
So without testing, you don't know if she's getting some low greens or if she's just so uncomfortable when she gets any green that her liver panics and dumps.
To know what's happening, you need more midcycle tests.
It's only a guessing game without them.

I hope you can get those tests.
It would be great if you could get a curve in. Her nadir might be moving around and that's the best way to find out.

I also think she is going lower than you realize. At the risk of being repetitive, if you can get an out the door and in the door test each A.M. cycle and a +2 or before bed test at night, you might catch the lows. You could have her overdose without knowing how low she is going.

I'm not a big fan of doing a curve. I think you are better off getting some meaningful spot checks on the weekends.
