What is happening? Her numbers just keep going up! I had a failed increase and a failed reduction - what do I do? Can I increase another 1/8 unit? Did my insulin go bad all of a sudden? Can this really be a bounce? Nothing else is different.

Hopefully this is the high before the bounce breaks. Since she went to 49 a couple of days back, should not be the insulin.
Give her another day or two to settle into this dose and then take a call.

Interesting +3 was lower. Could be meter variance. She ever decide to nadir at +3 before? Looking good no matter what!

Her nadir used to be +3, but shifted over the summer. Feeling better about things...
