As you can see I did not do much testing last night. His meals were at +1, +3, and +7.5.

I just got up and decided to do a +11.

Not to bad for JD this morning....Spot was up to 138, so they are hanging out pretty close together.
So, one more day...then your weekend starts? If that's the case, I certainly hope it's a wonderful couple of days off. Hope the photo shoot went well yesterday too, since JD couldn't go to work with you!
