This good switch really seems to be agreeing with Trix. However, it seems to constipate civvie Frankie. She had a tough morning. We've seen a similar reaction from her when she ate Mario's By Nature Organics food, too. So, I guess she's not going to be able to eat the same food as Trix or Mario, and she was fine with the 50/50 BG/FF mix. Woohoo - yet another diet in our house! I've lost count now...I believe we've got 5 different foods going amongst the 6 different cats...

Yikes! You sure are a good Bean with the multi tasking diets of the kitties - six kitties, and I can't handle one! :lol: How does Trixie like the Blue Wilderness. She's doing so well today and yesterday with the change in diet.

It's interesing to see the effect of the diet change. Sorry it's not working for Frankie. They can't make it easy for us!

Yay! Trixie is looking great. She is really liking her new diet.

That is a bummer about Frankie. It just can't be easy ya know. I couldn't imagine serving more than one specially prepared meal. Good thing Turnup rolls with the punches.

We haven't tried the Blue Wilderness yet...I'm thinking maybe tomorrow morning. Right now she's on a 50/50 mix of Instinct and BG.

I love all my kitties dearly, but -as I say to most people - I don't recommend having 6! They're exhausting. We've got food sensitivities, finickiness, diabetes, renal issues, and now Frankie, who was my one and only cat who I thought could eat anything. Needless to say, I spend a LOT of time sitting on the floor, playing food referee. They ARE worth it, but one has to be willing to make the time commitment, and I think the average person isn't up for it, no matter how much they claim to love cats.

Back to work...will visit condos tonight!!

Hi guys .. wow, I must say I'm in amazement .. we have two kitties who eat two different foods and I find myself stressing over it daily! I think trixie's numbers are looking super nice today and hope the green sticks around .. have a great day!

Awesome numbers for Trixie!!! I have one kid and one cat....I know my limitations!!!! You obviously are a good multitasker!!

I guess that 163 was a bit of a Trixie Bounce, but she's clearing it quite nicely!

I don't know how good I am at multi-tasking anymore. Like I said, I love them with all my heart, but juggling all these diets and health issues can be quite stressful, especially since most would rather be nibblers. I can't even tell you how many hours out of each day I spend feeding cats. Not that I care a single ounce, but I know most people think I'm absolutely nuts about the "extremes" I go to to make sure my cats get the best care possible. But, as far as I'm concerned I committed to these little living beings, so I will do whatever I have to do for them, even if it means sacrificing my own personal life. Can't imagine doing it any other way. I would also say that, by experience, I have learned what my limitations are, too :lol: !
 
I totally understand Amy, if I worked in the city and was home every night I'd definitely have more kitties too!

Glad to see the fuds experiment is agreeing with Trixie, have a great evening with your fur babies.
 
Amy: I'm glad this is working for Trixie.

And I thought I was busy with four....still can't get used to it only being three. But I know about all the different foods, different meds, different schedules. I don't know how you do it....and have time for you and DH!!
