While at our kids house, Oliver was using an old vial of insulin. Today, I switched him to a new pen at amps+2. His numbers seem a bit improved. I’m hoping that helps get him out of the yellow.

If you don't see an improvement tomorrow, take him up to 0.25U the day after. It doesn't take very long for glucose toxicity to set in.
