Yesterday
Raja has 3 Ps so far today. She is not eating as much as she usually does. But she goes to the bowl with interest so it's not that she doesn't want to eat. She takes a few bites and then slows down. I try to coax her with Fortiflora...they both enjoyed tht on their food last night and again this morning. I keep adding more freeze-dried chicken. She has need some Temptations when her number was <50 yesterdy and today....as a matter of fact, i added crushed Temptations to just about every meal too....
They seem to help her decided to eat anyway.
She has been napping so there isn't anything different about her behavior. She naps a lot anyway!
BUT, her blah appetite has me on alert....watching and waiting...

She's pretty low there. I understand why her iffy appetite is a concern. I hope it is just because she isn't hungry today and tomorrow she will be back to normal. When she goes low like this does she normally lose her appetite?

I know you've had problems with Shadow's lack of appetite when he is low but wasn't sure about Raja.

All paws crossed for a hungry Raja tonight and tomorrow.

Maybe you could give her a dosecrease because of 7 days straight in normal numbers. Just a thought.

I have given J.D. a few EVO dry kibbles on top of his food to get him to eat, a couple of times recently. Isn't that less carbs than Temptations? I don't know.

Continuing to send eat all your food vines to Raja.

Dyana's right - 7 days in normal numbers is worthy of a decrease. How about shaving the dose?
