yesterday was not a good day -- did manage to get the tests and shots in and recorded in my little book at least -- all these aches and pains and lack of sleep caught up with me and DH was not much help

this morning is a smidgen better, but ---- I tried to record it as 9/31 ....

we'll see if this turns out to be an active day, starting that way

time to close the bathroom window and the balcony door -- had ice on the waterbowl and frost on the windshield yesterday

starting to learn how to make my android phone work -- have been a standard flip-phone user forever, one without camera or bluetooth or keyboard

Are you having ice and frost already in Washington? In Portland it's mild still, but we had to crack the furnace two days ago, ahhh

Good luck with your new phone lol, you'll wonder how you could have ever lived without all this time ^^
 
we are also in a river valley, but the cold air comes off Mt Rainier without any warm cities in the way, so we are often colder than places closer to the Sound, maybe more like Sandy ? ... we're about elevation 400 ft so not really in the foothills

+3 at 103 tells me that yes, this is an active cycle -- Catcat warned me that "it was time for test" -- his hunger pangs woke him
 
we slept away the afternoon, half with him lying across my outstretched arm, half with each of us cuddled on or under our fleecy throws

now I get to be somewhat vigilant until bedtime, but so enjoying him in "normal" numbers .. gives me hope that he can stabilize a bit
