Wow, at first I thought I'd need help for this, but I looked back and a few days ago he had an 82 amps. We're out of cat food at the moment, and the store doesn't open until 7am, so we'll be feeding/shooting a few minutes late today. That'll give me some time to figure out if he's going to go even lower. I'll keep you updated. :mrgreen:

Maybe this will be a repeat of the other day....you checked him that day at +1 so hope you will be able to do that again today...just like you did before! Come on Rufus...how about a carbon copy day? :mrgreen:

Wow - two cats = mad mess. I'm going to go grab Rufus right now. Irregular Testing completely skipped my mind. I closed my netbook, started going about writing my grocery list (with my new phone - scanning barcodes is fun!) and getting ready for the next few days, while my mom is away in MI... and away went my brain.

We have a +2.5 of 123!

I believe this could be related to the Fantastic "AHH!!" that we had upstairs just about 15 minutes ago. Rufus is turning into a great hulking bully these days, and we forgot to close all the doors upstairs. Sure enough, John-Finn went up there to explore and Rufus followed, looking for a fight. I think we got very excited.

great amps rufus! This +2.5 could be a food spike or were you not able to make it to the store yet? Anyways, still looking good rufus!

Oh yes, we've already gone on our cat food run. They got fed at about 7:20am (we're EST). We're nice and calm right now. I'll get a +4, I think - I want to see further into his curve. His ears aren't bleeding very well lately, and he's getting very annoyed about testing, so I'd like to be as conservative as I can, while staying safe.

I have no idea what's going on, but I don't much care for it. I can't think of anything he might have gotten into, and I checked for a fur shot - felt/smelled nothing. Well, I can cope with some blues, lol. I was just hoping for a green surf. I'll be back at +7.

What a great amps this morning... but Rufus? Headed the wrong way! Come on back down. The green looked so nice...
 
Rufus held steady from +4 to +7 (158), now he's at 208. Not horrible, but a really peculiar use of that insulin. Could Rufus' Lantus be going bad, while he improves? That seems unlikely. (The Lantus still appears clean, but we got it in July - this is the first vial we've been using in conjunction with testing, so we don't know how long it usually lasts). In all likelihood he got into something, but I just don't know what.

Now, we're going to go feed the boys. Ta~ :-D
