Yesterday's LOVERLY condo...

YAY! I don't have much to say this morning, other than, "WOOHOO!"... and add on "... but he just snuck in some dog food, this very moment". UGH! They're both black and tan and roughly the same size!

Anyway - at least he's in the happy numbers.

Everything jolly, except for that fight Rufus and John-Finn got in last night. J-F walked away with the worst - a scratch across his rosy little nosy. Other than that, we're all good.

Yay, again! Rufus is doing good. We'll see if this dose takes him any lower - maybe he's just working his way out of those nasty 300s, and will come down even more. I'm just happy he looks stable now. These past few days have been great!

Granted, Rufus isn't having much fun, but he and J-F are doing better, and can be trusted to be within the same area unattended (for the most part)... just not upstairs. Doors are closed upstairs.

Amusingly - John-Finn was just FAMISHED last night at dinner and did NOT want to wait for his food, so he jumped up onto the counter where Rufus eats and started "sharing". I thought, surely, this kitten will die in the next few moments, but... Nothing. Rufus didn't even blink. No Apocalypse Meow. Hmm...

I think Rufus laid down some ground rules last night with that cat fight... J-F's scratch is about an inch long, and looks kind-of deep for the area (I'm using a minimal amount of bacitracin on it so that he doesn't get annoyed with it and wash it off). I'm just glad Rufus didn't get his peepers - nothing like an eye injury to start your new life with, eh John-Finn? :cry:
