I guess I wasn't surprised with his AMPS, but one can always hope. His fur is mink like.

He didn't want to eat this morning, but was pacing around the rooms in the house.

I'm going btb for a bit.

I'm envious of BTB as well. Especially, sense it is raining and purrrrfect sleeping weather here.

I was going to say that J.D. just ate his 3rd Breffis, but I just saw him eating Ginger's 3rd Breffis too, so I guess he's had 3.5 breffises. At least he's come down some.

He seems to be feeling fine, and his fur is still extra soft. I think he could use some lactulose.

Wow J.D., that’s a lot of grub! :lol: I am sure you are glad he is eating and feeling good tho :-D Hopefully the boing! will come down soon.

So glad he's coming down. I like Rhiannon's idea about going for blue. Good to hear he's eating well!

He didn't come down slow and steady. I think 156 points in 2 hours is a little fast, and will just set up the next bounce.

And, he put on the brakes.

He has a vet appointment this afternoon, and we'll be leaving in about an hour and a half.

Thanks, he'll need it, as the main reason we're going to a new vet is to get a blood pressure check, which our regular vet says they don't do :roll:

I'm glad J.D. didn't like the top floor. Of course, he wasn't to be a rainbow kitty today.

I'm nervous about ever having those again and J.D. is older.

Question:
At first I made a mistake and told her the Denamarin was for the Pancreatitis, and she said to stop the Denamarin.
She said it causes inappetance, diarrhea, and vomiting. That could be why (as I suspected) that he has been appetant in the mornings. I give it to him at PM +11, and then at AMPS, try to feed him, and sometimes he doesn't eat, which bothers me freaks me out, when he's low or dropping, and I have to go to work and he won't eat.
When I told her I made a mistake and the Denmarin was actually for Dementia and I asked what do they usually give for Dementia, she said Denamarin :?
I'm a little confused about when the fasting for the Denamarin has to be made. Before? After? Both? For how long?
Maybe, I could give it to him in the middle of the night or something..

can't help you on the med question, Dyana, but I am very glad that JD passed his BP test with flying colors!!!

Yay - good news on the BP test. And some nice blues too! Sorry I don't know anything about the meds.

Way to go for passing the BP J.D.!! I'm diggin' that sunny yellow and am hoping you can bring it back down to those pretty numbers you had a the vet!
