Hi everybody. Sorry I've been MIA for the last week or so. Tori has been fine. Her numbers have been pretty good. Lots of blues and yellows and some greens as well. She's been feeling really good lately. Feisty and full of p---s and vinegar. Her appetite has been good and all the P's have been in place each day. She's due for her next chemo at the end of this coming week. We got to keep that nasty lymphoma in its place where it belongs.

As for me I've been having kind of a hard time trying to come to terms with what is happening with my son and his health. They are almost certain now that he has what is called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which is a rare collagen disorder. It is effecting his joints quite badly resulting in chronic pain. The neurologist that he saw also feels that it is causing a fibromyalgia. Now they also feel it is effecting his kidneys. He'll be seeing a nephrologist in a couple of weeks. All in all this is pretty well all I can think about. I'm trying to get my act together and just deal with it but it is real difficult. He's my baby and it's just so hard to see him in pain. This week he will have a bone scan and then next week he will be having his spine injected with an anesthetic to see if that will help with the pain.
Anyway enough of me.

I hope everybody has been doing OK. You have never been far from my thoughts. Will try and get my act together here and be around more.

Hi Barb......Glad to see ya.

Sounds like Tori is doing pretty good considering all the medical issues. What a great little girl!

Sorry to hear about your son and his medical issue. Hoping there is some treatment for him that will ease his discomfort.

We are thinking about ya. Lots of healing vines for Tori and your son. Calming vines for you Barb.

Hi Barb - I was just thinking about you the other day... I have been in Seattle to see friends. You remember Chris from Chris and Chloe? She asked me to pass on a hello! and that she hopes things are good with Tori. Chris and I used to work for the same company back when I was working.

it sounds like Tori is doing well - that is always good to hear. I hope the next chemo round goes off without any problems - I am sure it will, She does so well - what a great kitty she is!

I wish too that things improve for your son. I am so sorry that he is in such pain, and really hope that the next treatment will ease some of his discomfort. It is always do hard to deal with things when it affects our children. They will always be our babies. I wish him the best. Healing vines and a thousand positive thoughts. Do know that we all think of you and your family often.

Glad to hear Tori is doing well. It sounds like you and your son have a lot on your plates. I hope there's something that can be done for the pain.

Not really sure where that 324 came from. Oh well tomorrow is another day. She certainly won't be going low tonight especially with the Pred on board. Tomorrow I have to go to a workshop all day so Daniel will be in charge of the AM shot and and feeding. I won't be around til later in the day. I must get Ayanna to bed and then finish the reading I have to do before tomorrow. Hopefully the roads will be better tomorrow. We had a bout 30 cm of snow over the last couple of days.

Have a good night and a good day tomorrow everyone. Thanks for all the support. It means so much.

Hi Barb and Tori,
We've missed you and are very glad that Tori is doing well. But very sorry to hear about you son's medical problems. I hope the doctors can figure out what to do to improve his condition.
You do have a lot on your plate, and we just want you to know that we are thinking of you, sending positive thoughts for your son, and lots of vines to Tori for her next chemo treatment.

Many hugs,
Ella & Rusty

*HUGS* Tori. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your son, and kitty. *HUGS* My Mom has fybro, and has had it for many years now. I'm sure that she takes painkillers, though. It's all over her body. I truly hope that that's not what is happenign with your son, and I hope that the doctors can make him better. He seems too young to have this malady. *HUGS*
