Good Monday Morning, Everyone,

I added the half drop back onto Rusty's dose after yesterday's numbers were inching up. I hope yesterday's shave didn't break his momentum! We had a good night, good test, breakfast (Wellness Turkey; in 2 sittings), good shot, and a terrific play with the glitter-streamers on the wand and the crinkle sack. We played for over 1/2 hour and finally took a break for a "treat" of hairball gel. Rusty is now chillaxin' on his cushion by the radiator.

Today I will send back my snowshoes and start looking at other brands. I might go to the x-country ski center this afternoon (after I read their trails report; we still don't have much snow).

Lots of healing vines going out this morning for all kitties and beans who need them.

Hey Kitties! What a great Full Wolf Moon party we had last night! So many kitties howling at the moon and singing and dancing and eating and fishing and skating and sledding and just having fun. It was cold, but everyone was prepared with their scarves and mittens. Chef Mannie's menu was "da bomb". Thanks for coming to the party!

Nice start Rusty - back to the greens for you. I hope the dose change won't affect things, hopefully since it was just a shave it won't matter much. I bet he is back to the greens today.

Sorry for the snowshoe return, but one does need ones that will work. I hope you'll find something you like at the CC ski center today, if you go. Our mountains don't have much snow either - it seems to be the way it is this year. We here in the lowlands don't get much at all, we haven't ad one snowfall day here at all - usually by now we've had a few... Weird weather patterns out there.

I hope that half drop does the trick. I am constantly amazed at reports of how a drop (or less) makes a difference. Here we are at 12.75 and it might as well be water!

Morning Rusty!! Looks like you have a nice number today!!--Hope you find the right snowshoes for you & that some of the white stuff comes your way!! It's been weird here too, and I also await some white stuff-- Guess this is global warming!! Oh well it makes driving easier!!

Rusty, Had a real good time last night & it was great to see the wolves singing wif us from the far away mountains...+Food was great & we all had a good time, even when we tried to sled down the hills wifout any snow :lol: :lol: wont try that again!! Hugs & Love from me, Moonie!

Good luck with the added drop to Rusty's dose and hope this is the one that will keep him in greens and regulated. Thanks so much for the excellent info on egg whites as binders. I am going to test it on Mags until the binder gets here. Good luck on the snowshoes and hope you all soon get some nice snow.

Rusty, what a great time at the party and what good food from Chef Mannie. I fell a couple times on my rump ice skating, but I don't think anyone noticed, Mags

+9 is 55 (probably the nadir for today). Maybe I shouldn't have put the fat back on? Will decide at PMPS whether or not to go back to the new dose of 1.50f, or stay with the 1.75s.

OT: I ordered new MSR snowshoes (women's). My old ones are MSR men's and they are too wide for my stance. I ordered them from Campmor, so they should be here this week.

Rusty just went to look outside from the mud room door, but didn't want to venture out. It's a pretty mild, sunny afternoon, but he doesn't like to get his feet wet with snow!!

I love CampMor. We order from there a lot. Hope the new showshoes work perfect for you!

Hi again,
I "compromised" on the evening shot: I gave a super-skinny 1.75 (or a fat 1.50). In any event, a little less than the skinny 1.75. Rusty had a good day of numbers and a good day in general. I gave him a snack of FF T&G for his +9 snack (1 tsp.) and mixed a little FF T&G into his Wellness Turkey dinner.

Everyone have a good evening. I'm off to visit some condos.

Omigosh Ella, aren't these f and sk .5 and .75, fun? They're all basically the same, yet I agonize over them with the big lighted magnifier, like Chex life depends on it. It amounts to a fraction of a drop.

I hope you like the new shoes. We'd still in the 40's here in daytime. My yard is mud, with snow only in the shade. I fear, we're gonna pay for this in the summer. Maybe snow in June. :roll:

Nice cycle today for Rusty. I hope the super skinny dose keeps Rusty surfing in the safe zone.
