What’s with the bouncing? Is it possible he’s going low and I’m not catching it?
Could his dose be too high?
Do I increase again or let it ride for a few more days?
I won’t be able to do a curve until next weekend.

It looks like he needs more insulin. His nadirs have been largely over 300 on 4.5U so wondering if you could go up to 5U rather than 4.75U.

The dose is not too high. I think there’s insulin resistance. So you have to keep increasing until you break through. You won’t get all those pinks if the dose is too high. I agree with Bhooma that a .50 increase is needed.
