Do you think with this +3 Bg I am safe to go out until +6?

I have to go out to work.

But I can call on my Mum (who is very busy but will do it for me) to come and sit with Marley. She doesnt test, but she could be feeding him if he gets pacy. Or do you think he will be fine til +5?
