I thought that lower AMPS might be a sign of a good day :YMSIGH:

We have been seeing a lot more higher numbers lately. Which kind of contradicts the whole cat picture because she's happy, eating, bathing, playing, exploring, looking better than she has in a long time.

Tried brushing her teeth for the first time last night. The dental didn't help with the stinky mouth and she is still trying to floss on one of the cat toys hanging off of one of the cat trees. She really liked the tooth paste ad actually liked to chew on the brush with her front teeth and rub her cheek on it, so I'd slip it between her lips when she did that. My one concern is glucose is in the ingredient listing.

What toothpaste are you using? I use C.E.T along with this little brush that's a good size for a cat!

I'm not sure why the dental wouldn't have taken care of stinky breath. You really should talk to your vet about this. It could be a stomach issue or there's something else going on with Smokey's teeth.

Smokey is bouncing off of the blue from yesterday morning.

C.E.T. is the brand of toothpaste I have. The brush we got has bristles on both ends and she gets the small end. The glocose something is at the end of the ingredients so I am hoping it is tiny amounts and the improvement of getting some of the gunk out of there counteracts any effects.

I did question the stinky breath with the vet at our wellness exam a week or two ago. She didn't think anything was an issue. We will go back in for bloodwork again at the end of the month, I will question it again then. I do have a pretty sensitive nose. I don't know if that is good or bad with these bad kitty mouths around here. I catch things quickly, but pew!

That is what Tiger tries to do. Only problem is the vet has me using the finger tip brush o him Good thing they are strong and he can't bit through them.
