Yesterday

Champ's doing pretty well except for so many pink preshot numbers. Other than that, he's had a lot of blue and rare green. He's acting happy and healthy, though, so he's doing good!!

DD and I had a really nice visit with Melissa and her DS Friday night. Unfortunately, that's the only time we got to meet up. They had a full schedule for Saturday at the Hoover Dam and tromping the Las Vegas Strip and then had an early night because they had a 6 a.m. flight this morning. Melissa is absolutely delightful!!! She brought Champ a present of some crinkly catnip fishies which he's already played with!!! Mason is such a wonderful young man!! If Danielle and Mason lived in the same town, I'd sure be pushing for a match-up!!! :lol: :lol: Except, of course, he's 6'2" and she's 4'11.75" (she calls it 5'). If he's shy, he hid it well. He joined in the conversation and had some great frat stories!!! I sure wish we could have seen more of each other. Kinda makes me sad :sad:

I hope you've all had a great weekend. Daneille and I spent yesterday taking down all the Christmas lights outside and I found that my sprinkler system seems to be on the fritz so I need to figure out what's going on with that!!!

Hi Patty, it looks like Champ came down nicely there at the 168! Some of us Beans were a little curious how the meet went with Danielle and Mason since there was a little kidding. Sounds like it was a really nice time meeting Melissa and Mason. Have a nice day.

Well, that's a nice little drop of the Champ. I'm glad you had a nice visit w/ Melissa and mason. Some day we'll get to travel again and get to meet our bean friends!

We made it home. It was so nice to get to spend some time with you and Danielle!!! I wish we could have seen more of you. Danielle is such a doll and it's like we had known each other forever. I havent laughed that much in awhile Mason had a great time too! He was beat last night and fell asleep at 6 pm. Of course the two hour time difference kept throwing us off and we had to get up at 3:30 LV time this morning. :shock:

Champ has a nice mid yellow for PMPS. DD and I went to the mall this afternoon and she exchanged a pair of boots she had gotten for xmas. Since I couldn't convince Melissa to have sushi with me ( :lol: :lol: ) while she was here, DD and I went this afternoon.....and it was DELISH!!!

sounds like a fabulous weekend - glad you all got to meet - and wouldn't it have been funny if danielle and mason had developed a relationship out of it. that would be too odd! :lol:

do ya still have your quilted purse? ;-) i have some stuff i made in home-ec, somewhere, i think. i found a couple of things at my parents' house when i cleaned it out.
