Second dose at 1.75 and she was a bit higher this AM, but I think that is to be expected. We'll be tracking her!

PMPS reading is the same as this mornings--hoping she gets used to this new dose and comes down tonight a bit...

you're right, numbers often go higher for a few cycles after a dose increase. It's also possible that she dropped last night (I say that because it looks like she has dropped on the first dose of an increase before). Just hold the course, and try to get a spot check or two tonight.
