Baby is doing furbaby fabulous.. livin the cat life, napping, eating & playing. Most Ps are in place & Baby has been dosecreased today since she dropped to 32 last night, I have shaven a drop of her dose & so far so good & she didn't even really bounce from the 32 last night. Very happy about that.

Whoa, Baby! What is that 32 business about?!? Glad your didn't kill your mama from the shock of that one! Hope you guys have a wonderful Saturday! Looks like we're headed for snow on Monday, which means I can get out and get stuff done this weekend!

PS-- Sorry... I haven't been on much in the past week... work was insane and I started weight watchers/south beach, so i've been in a carb deprived headache haze for much of the week! happened to see our condo from about a week ago... our DPS came from Sitting Comfortably Pet Sitting. They're on the plaza but they go all over the metro. I happened to have the owner's brother and he is great... very experienced. We did have one visit that was later than I'd like (by an hour or so), but other than that, no real complaints! It is pricey... $19.50/visit, but I don't think with a diabetic kitty, you'll find anyone for much less (though, tell me if you ever do!).

WOW! on the 32 - how did I miss that. She most certainly earned that dose reduction. Top notch job there Baby - you are indeed looking fabulous! Good luck with the new dose.

Sadi has had 5 Amoxi Tabs over the past few days (2 x daily), I sprinkled 500mg of lysine on her food today (not all at once) & bought a humidifier for her. Again, no symptoms of anything except congested breathing & I can't say I see a difference yet :YMSIGH: she is on my mind.. all the time.

Hi Nicole, Antibiotics always take a while to kick in. I wouldn't over worry.

Not a bad bounce from the 32, I hope it clears quickly....she already is back to blues, that's good.

As your vet said, the lysine won't help if the URI isn't related to feline herpes. Hopefully, the amox and the allergy pills will help, sometimes it takes time to have an effect. Sending vines for Sadi.

I was just thinking of Sadi. I hope she starts feeling better soon. Nice numbers for Baby.

On my condo you had asked about the Merrick Chicken BG 1. I must have learned about it on the Health Forum as to the carbs, etc. If can find it, I'll give you the info. Petco is the only pet store where I can find the Merrick BG wet foods.
 
Nice PMPS for Baby!!!!!!

Starting Maverick on the L-Lysine tomorrow. I have no idea if he has herpes or not but I'm hoping it helps him with his subtle nasal congestion. I'm thinking its probably allergies for him though. But we are going to try the lysine anyways. Nothing to lose.

I know you are worried about Sadi. Sounds like you are putting in a lot of effort to figure it out. I hope things will resolve nicely.
