Good evening all, whether in midst of snowstorms or heat waves :)

Winter Storm Helena started here this morning. Closed shop early bc roads fast getting nasty. Between local stops to get fud for us two footers (cats' fud restocked a few days ago...cats come first!) and more birdseed, roads and visibility were a mess. And in my inimitable clumsy way, I took a tumble getting out of the car when I got home. Just enough to again wrench things out of whack. I did an under the covers for the rest of the afternoon and into early evening.
I'm very glad Steve has taken to his smart phone like a fish to water! He was upstairs, me downstairs. I texted him: "upstairs cats fud dishes on stairs. I can't do stairs tonite. Give them xtra ❤️❤️❤️from me too"
Reply: "Roger". Ahhhhh...:)

Everyone CPC today and tonight! The weather? Chef Sootie guiding the menu? Whatever the reasons, am grateful beyond words. ❤️❤️❤️

Isn't technology amazing! Has cut down the yelling thru the house significantly in so many households! ;)

Technology indeed has its pluses!
Steve is also getting into the camera feature..,the other night he was upstairs with Azalea, texted me a photo with the message: "I think we need a selfie stick so I can take better pictures of Azalea"
Who'd have thought that this fella who would never answer his cellphone (even when he did hear it ringing) has dived right into this totally new to him technology! Yay for sure.

I'm glad the kitties are doing well and eating good. Great picture of Azalea. She's looking good.

Thank you Carla. Seems my clumsy days are more so again lately. The winter weather adds to it.

Yes was a nice photo Steve did of Azalea. She adores him and him her.

Yes heard it's supposed to warm up here, too by end of the week. I'm glad you only got a couple of inches. Looks like we got about 6." Waiting for plow and shovel guy...drifts blocking doorways so can't open doors.:banghead:
 
Ouch on the fall. I hope you are feeling better today. :bighug:
I had to go out yesterday too, to get some food (mainly coffee) and walked so slowly in the snow to avoid falling. This morning the walks are cleared so our plow and shovel guys must have come in the middle of the night, finally. I hope yours get there soon.

Great news about. CPC! And yes technology is great until something goes wrong like my keyboard on Surface 2. Ugh. On my phone now and typing on it used to kill me until I had to use the touchpad keyboard :mad:

We need more snow. Please send some of yours to us. We are missing all the big storms, which are either too far west of us, or too far south of us.
Glad your DH is enjoying his smartphone. Glad the kitties are all doing well.
