What do you suggest on his dose tonight? I wont be with him. He gets 11 units. He's eating now. If you can advise right away I appreciate it.

You're really not shot this low before. If you can't be home to monitor, the safest course of action is to skip the shot.

Hi Maria, Keiko sure likes to surprise you! He's turned into a lovely blue and green kitty these last few days. Something has happened and it looks good! However, since you are not home to monitor him as frequently, it might be safer to back the dose down to 10.5U. It's entirely possible he went below the reduction point of 50 today anyway.
